From Hospital to Home: Baby G’s Journey

Baby G has finally been able to go home after spending the early days of life in hospital. After a difficult start, this moment marks a huge step forward for both him and his family.

We were proud to support Baby G through our comfort fund, going home wish, and equipment grant, helping to make the transition from hospital to home a little easier. Mum and dad are overjoyed to finally have him home where he belongs, surrounded by love and comfort.
