Stonebridge Farm LTV Christmas Party

The LTV team and Stonebridge Farm hosted a very special Christmas Party for children with long term ventilation. A chance for them to meet Santa, make memories, and spend time with other children who share similar journeys. 

Many of the children at the party have been supported by The Harley Jae Trust over the years. Seeing them together, laughing and enjoying the day, was incredibly moving. Watching the children using the equipment we have funded was humberling and a powerful reminder of why our work matters. To continue supporting children living with life changing conditions. 

We are so grateful to have been part of such a special day!
